I readily admit that I am, in every sense of the word, an NPR junkie. I have tuned in more or less religiously since I found it the best way to pass long, boring days at a summer job in college. For quite some time the voices of correspondents and anchors have been almost as familiar to me as those of my closest friends and family.
So when I stumbled across a new book by Morning Edition‘s Steve Inskeep while browsing for something new to read on the on-line library catalog, I immediately placed a hold on it, reserving my place in line to read it.
